do you need help?

If you live in Northern Westchester and need temporary help with food or clothing for you or your family, come see us at the Community Center of Northern Westchester. You may also want to visit us if you have a specific problem and don't know how or where to get help. We'll do our best to direct you to other resources that may be able to assist you.

what do I need to qualify
for support?

We try to help anyone who lives in Northern Westchester, so we ask that you bring some proof of your address, such as a phone or utility bill, or anything addressed to you and received by mail. If you are seeking help for other members of your household, please bring identification, such as a health or insurance card or school record, for each additional member of your family who needs help. We protect the confidentiality of all the information you provide us.

where is the Center and
when is it open?

The Center is in Katonah, NY. You are welcome to come any day during our hours of operation and see one of our client services team members. We will do our best to provide food and clothing assistance, access to CCNW classes and programs and help finding other local resources. We are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10-4, Thursday 12-6, and most Saturdays 10-1.

can the Center help me with financial support?

Unfortunately, we can't. However, we will do our best to meet your immediate needs with temporary food and clothing support.

We can also help you get back on your feet by providing you with access to our job skills programs.

Please understand that the Center will do all we can to try and help, but we can not provide monetary assistance of any kind.
